Tosa Cares Personal Care Items Drive

Tosa Cares Spring 2022 Drive-up/Drop-Off!

On Saturday, February 26th, Wauwatosa residents are encouraged to drop-off a donation of full-size hygiene products or personal care items at First Congregational Church in Wauwatosa. All items will benefit Tosa Cares, a local non-profit organization that provides food, personal care items and other assistance to local families in need.

Items will be collected between 8 am. and 1 pm at the First Congregational Church parking lot, 1511 Church Street.

Tosa Cares has urgent need of toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, dental floss, hand soap, bath soap, body wash, hair care products and accessories, facial tissue and paper towels, laundry detergent, men’s shaving supplies and adhesive bandages, diapers* and baby wipes, and household cleaning products.

Last year, Tosa Cares helped over 500 people, many of whom were referred by the Wauwatosa Fire Department, Police Department, churches, and schools. Many needs are caused by a sudden job loss, health problem, house fire or other crisis. Income-qualified seniors also find help at Tosa Cares.

The First Congregational Church annual drive, sponsored by Women’s Circle, is Tosa Care’s primary source for hygiene products.
